Camera access denied error

If you see the error Camera Access Denied or black screen as long as you start broadcasting, please follow the steps below:

  1. Update your Browser to the latest version
  2. Clear the Cache and Cookies of your browser
  3. Disconnect your camera from your computer
  4. Close any applications that may be using your camera like Skype, OBS or any splitters
  5. Restart your browser and your device
  6. Make sure that the permissions on your browser allow your camera and microphone to be used by Strip4Free. Go to your browser settings –> content settings –> camera (do the same for microphone) –> Allow –> https://strip4free.com:443.
