How to ensure that you receive important emails from us (Gmail users)

We use email communication to inform you about important updates and promos or in other words, about news you’d love to hear about.

To ensure that you never miss any of our emails, you must add our email address to your sender list. There are 2 different ways to do this, adding us as a new Gmail contact or creating a filter rule to keep our emails sliding into your priority inbox.

Add a Gmail contact

On a computer:

1. Go to contacts.google.com.
2. At the top-left corner, select “Create contact”.
3. Fill in the name and email address fields – you can check our email address in one of the emails we sent you, when clicking on the arrow below the sender’s name.
4. Hit “Save” at the bottom.

On a smartphone:

1. Open the Contacts app.
2. At the bottom-right corner, select “Add”.
3. Fill in the name and email address fields – you can check our email address in one of the emails we sent you, when clicking on the arrow below the sender’s name.
4. Make sure you save our contact to the correct account. You can select the account that will receive the email messages you’re whitelisting when tapping on the down arrow, next to your email account.
5. Hit “Save”.

Create a filter rule

Filters can only be created and edited from Gmail’s online web version, so you will have to do it from your computer.

1. Open Gmail.
2. In the search box at the top, select the down arrow.
3. Enter our email address in the “From” field – you can check our email address in one of the emails we sent you, when clicking on the arrow below the sender’s name.
4. Click on “Create filter” at the bottom of the search window.
5. Select “Never send it to Spam”.
