Billing Refund Policy

Want a refund of the tokens you’ve just purchase? Not a problem, it’s ok to change your mind, so we’re here to grant it. Here’s an overview of our refund policy.

Conditions

  • We can only refund your last purchased package, and under the conditions that:
    a) The purchase was within the last 30 days.
    b) Tokens from that purchase have not been used.
  • We can only refund token packages that were purchased via card or PayPal.
