I can’t log in to my account, what can I do?

In order to log in you need to create an account first. If you already have a Strip4Free account and you are not able to log in, then this is due to one the reasons below:

1. You are using an invalid/wrong password or username. Make sure that your credentials are correct.
2. You forgot your password (You can restore your password here).
3. Your account might be suspended or deleted (in this case you will see your status as “inactive” on your profile page) and we advise you to contact our support team to find out more about the reason(s) of your suspension or deletion.
