Who are we?

We are a free online community where you can watch amazing amateur models perform live. It is 100% free providing instant access to everybody!

What are the Rules?

Our goal is to provide a good time for members and models as well. We don’t like imposing rules but, sometimes we need to in order to keep the website fun and enjoyable for everyone. You can find out more in the Terms and Conditions and our Community Guidelines.

Why do I need tokens?

Tokens are a form of online currency. Using tokens to get the attention of your favourite models is called tipping and they are useful especially when you would like to make a special request to a model or simply to show your appreciation and admiration. You can also use tokens to enter Private, Exclusive Private, Spy and Group shows or to simply purchase models’ photo/video albums. The full article about tokens is here.

What are your Favorites?

By clicking “Add to Favorites”, models are automatically saved and stored in your account to have easy access to them later.

What is a Private show?

A private show is a private session between the model and you. In order to start a Private show with the model, all you need to do is to press the button “Start Private”. Please be advised that during the session, you can have spies, however, they will not be able to communicate directly with the model. The show can be stopped at any time either by the user or the model.

What is an Exclusive Private show?

It is a cam2Cam private session between the model and you in which you can turn on your camera and mic so that you can see and hear each other. In order to start a Cam2Cam show, all you need is to press the button “Start Cam2Cam”. During this show, nobody can spy. It can be stopped at any time either by the model or the use.

What is a Group show?

You can attend a special show along with a group of others. The model will either announce their group show in advance and then users will have the possibility to reserve a spot, or otherwise join once the show has already started. It can be watched by an unlimited number of users at the same time; however, spies are not allowed. You pay the set price per minute, but it will be more affordable than having the model all to yourself in a Private. Sharing is caring.

How can I recover my password?

Use the “Forgot password” on the log-in window to restore your password. You will receive a link to the registered email address then.

I forgot my username, how can I get it?

Use the “Forgot password” option and type your email address to restore your username.

Can I change my username?

No, if you wish to use another username, please register a new account with a different email address.

How can I delete my account?

Log into your account, then go to the Settings and Privacy tab. Click on Delete My Account, write the explanation, select the checkbox “I confirm that I want to delete my account” and click on “Delete”.

I had an unsatisfactory Private or Cam2Cam show, what can I do?

Where can I report a problem involving a model?

Please contact our Support Team to describe the situation. Our Team will do their best to resolve it!

If a model blocks me, how can I get unblocked?

The decision to block a user is completely up to the model. Only models can unblock users, and our Team cannot interfere with this or contact any model on behalf of a user.

BILLING QUESTIONS

What payment options do I have to purchase tokens?

The following payment methods are available, which may vary depending on your country:
– Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards
– PayPal
– Paxum
– Bitcoin, Ether, and other cryptocurrencies

What to do if my transaction has been declined?

If your transaction has been declined don’t worry, your account has not been charged. Please try another Payment Processor or Billing Method.
Some issuing banks may block online transactions of unusual frequency or they can block international transactions for security reasons. Please contact your bank in order to get clarification on their card payment policy.

I purchased tokens but they haven’t shown up in my account yet, why?

There can be a slight delay in the tokens showing up, don’t panic, and DO NOT buy again. The tokens will show up in your account shortly. This problem is more frequent when purchasing with cryptocurrency, and it may take up to several hours to be processed.

How much of my tokens go to the model?

Models get all the tokens you spend on them at a different ratio.

My purchase dates do not match those of the charges on my bank statement. Why is that?

Sometimes certain banks can delay transactions until your account is totally cleared. That is why you will notice dates for some charges may be different from the dates of purchases.

Is my personal information safe?

We keep our users secure and their private data safe. We use HTTPS to be sure our website and billing system are secure and meet all international online security standards and requirements.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

We want to keep our customers satisfied and protect their privacy. For these reasons, your transactions will appear under another name based on the purchasing method. You can find more information here.

Someone sent me spam via Public Chat, what should I do?

Please do not open any suspicious links! Take a screenshot of the spamming user and send it to our Support Team. We will do the necessary.

Someone is harassing me, what should I do?

Please take screenshots of the harassment and contact our Support Team. We will do the necessary.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

What kind of device should I use to watch streams?

You can access streams from almost any device, mobile, tablet, laptop, or PC. Open your browser and post our web address to the URL section. Wait for the website to load and enjoy thousands of models performing live wherever you are in the world.

I’m experiencing difficulties watching live streams, what should I do?

How can I watch webcams on my iPhone/Android/other mobile device?

Our site is mobile-ready, you will be able to watch webcams immediately from your browser.

I can’t log in. What is the issue?

Please re-check your password. You can restore your password here using the “Forgot password” option on the log-in window.

How can I enable cookies?

I have no sound. How can I fix it?

Please check the sound button in the top left-hand corner of the model’s cam. Don’t forget that you also have a system volume button, in Windows it is on the bottom right in the system tray. For Mac users, you can find it at System Preferences -> Sound -> Output Volume. Please note that sometimes the model may be experiencing technical problems on her side. If that is not the issue please send us a report about your sound problem.
