I purchased tokens but they haven’t shown up in my account yet

Rarely, there can be a slight delay in the tokens showing up, don’t panic and DO NOT ESCALATE a new purchase. The tokens will show up in your account shortly. This problem is more frequent when purchasing with Bitcoins.
