How to ensure that you receive important emails from us (Yahoo users)

We use email communication to inform you about important updates and promos or in other words, about news you’d love to hear about.

To ensure that you never miss any of our emails, you must add our email address to your sender list.

Add a Yahoo contact

1. Go to Yahoo Mail.

2. Select the contacts icon.

3. Select “Add a new contact”.

4. Enter our contact information – you can check our email address in one of the emails we sent you, when clicking on the arrow below the sender’s name.
5. Hit “Save”.

Check blocked senders

If after adding Strip4Free as a contact, our emails keep slipping through the junk folder, it could be that you accidentally added us to your blocked sender list. You can check that list to make sure it’s correct.

1. Select the settings icon.
2 Select “More Settings”.
3. Select “Security and Privacy”.
4. If you see our email address listed there, hover over it and select the remove icon.
