How can I verify my account?
Account verification is a means to upgrade your account or to restore the ability to purchase/spend when this is disabled.
To verify your account, go to your drop-down menu and select “Account Verification”.
Here you are presented with two options:
1. Verifying your card
If you choose to verify your account via card, a random amount of under $2 will be held on the card you last used for purchases, and it will be released afterwards.
The process of verifying your card is simple and fast. You will be asked to find a pending charge in your transaction history and enter the amount to prove that you are the owner of the card. If successful, your account will be verified immediately.
2. Uploading documents
If you prefer to verify your account via documents, you will have to upload a scan or photo of either your passport, driver’s license, ID, or credit/debit card (showing only your full name and the first 6 and last 4 digits). We will review your documents within 24 hours and contact you to let you know about the outcome.
