Studio Rules
Strip4Free operates under a set of strict guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all models involved. These rules are put in place to protect the rights and well-being of models while also adhering to legal requirements and industry standards.
It is essential for studios to familiarize themselves with the following rules and categories as part of their responsibility to maintain a professional and compliant working environment.
Legal Age Verification
– Studios must verify the legal age of all models before engaging in any activities.
– Models must provide valid identification to verify their age and legal eligibility to Strip4Free.
Coercion and Abuse
– Models should not be coerced or pressured into activities without their free will and/or activities that may harm their well-being.
– Strip4Free reserves the right to permanently block any Studios that abuse or coerce models.
– Studios must maintain a professional and respectful working environment, free from harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior towards models.
– If a model reports a studio for abuse and coercion, the company reserves the right to detach the said model without any further notice.
Image Control and Consent
– Models have the right to control their own content and decide how their content is used and distributed.
– Strip4Free reserves the right to remove any content reported by a model depicting it as non-consensual.
Legal Compliance
– Studios must operate within the legal frameworks of the jurisdictions they operate in, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
– Studios must provide valid and correct “know-your-customer” information to Strip4Free.
– The engagement in any illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
– Studios must comply with all rules and regulations applicable to the adult industry, including Mastercard’s and Visa’s Security Rules and Procedures Manual.
– Studios should at all times pay the corresponding commission owed to the model.
– Studios should provide clear and transparent communication to models regarding expectations, compensation, and any potential risks involved.
– Detailed contracts should be established, outlining the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
– Studios must provide evidence of contractual relationships with models upon request for legal purposes.
Complaint Reporting and Action Plan
– Studios should have a robust reporting system in place for models to report any abuse, harassment, or misconduct.
– Prompt and appropriate action must be taken to address any reported issues, including investigating allegations and taking necessary disciplinary actions.
– Studios should immediately inform Strip4Free of the existence of such a complaint.
Content Restrictions
Studios agree to adhere and must ensure that the models are aware about the following prohibitions:
– Discussion, involvement, or portrayal of illegal subjects, minors, incest, bestiality, chat, or actual display of violence, or any unsafe and extreme activities which include, among others, blood, torture, pain, asphyxiation is strictly prohibited.
– Alluding to or involving bodily fluids, exploitation, illegal drugs, personal information sharing, scams, harassment, or having usernames that are hateful, racist, defamatory, ethnically offensive, or any username related to children, incest, terrorist organizations, and/or any other sites is not allowed.
– Models are only allowed to stream live broadcasts while presenting video recordings and static photos as live content is prohibited.
– Any streaming of any type of private show to other cam sites is not allowed.
– Accepting and/or asking for funds off-site using any method whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
– Involvement of non-approved/registered persons in broadcasting or video recordings on the site is strictly prohibited.
– Involvement and/or portrayal of any sort of animal or pet in a sexual or provocative manner.
– Alluding to, writing about, or showing feces, urine, vomit, blood or menstrual fluid.
Meeting and Prostitution
– Studios are prohibited from promoting or facilitating in any way prostitution, solicitation of prostitution, human trafficking, or sex trafficking.
– In addition, Studios must ensure that Models are not arranging illegal in-person meetings involving sexual activities for hire.
Compliance and Communication
– Studios must ensure that broadcasting locations comply with rules and regulations.
– Models may only appear on the website with the final approval of the Operator in writing.
It is of utmost importance for studios to comply with these rules and regulations to maintain a professional and ethical working environment. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in severe consequences, including termination of account with Strip4Free. It is the responsibility of studios to stay updated with any modifications made to these rules, as they are subject to change. By prioritizing the well-being and rights of models, studios contribute to the creation of a safe and respectful community within the industry.
